New Tires For The SAAB 9-5

I got new tires for the SAAB. They're P205/60R-16 91T. The Hankook Optimo H727 were highly rated by Consumer Reports. They're narrower than stock (205 v 215) and not as high performance as my previous tire choices. I felt I've got to a point in my life when I'm never going to need tires rated to speeds of 149mph ever again. I instead looked for comfort, quietness and an all-season that handles snow/ice okay.

Here are the various tire sizes (from narrow to wide) that fit a stock 2000 SAAB 9-5 with 16" wheels:

195/65-16
205/60-16
215/55-16 (stock size)
225/55-16

Target Brand Facial Tissue Goes From 3-ply to 2-ply

I should have read the label carefully. The "Up & Up" Target brand of tissues I always buy went from 3-ply to 2-ply since the last time I purchased them.

I thought something was odd about the tissues in the new box. I compared the tissues and the boxes. Sure enough, it right there on the package.

Some time ago the design on the boxes went from muted dusty colors that blended in with bathroom decor to bright gaudy colors. I wondered if it was an attempt to get people to pay a premium for the design on the Kleenex brand tissues since the tissue quality between Kleenex and Up & Up was similar. I can deal with ugly packaging, so I continued to buy Up & Up. Now the up & up tissues are thinner than they used to be.
